I know what you're thinking...12 weeks! I needed a job yesterday. Spoiler alert: the average job-search process takes just over six weeks— 43 days, to be exact— but that varies considerably by industry. I've had clients land jobs within 2 weeks and others six months. The most important thing to remember during your job search is to be equally PATIENT & PERSISTENT.  Good jobs take time, and if you rush the process, you will be back here six months from now, telling me how much you hate your job. 

Now that, that is out of the way... I want to tell you a little more about me. I enjoy helping highly ambitious young professionals, like yourself, navigate their job hunts and land positions they’ve been daydreaming about. My ultimate goal is to show you that with a little clarity, accountability and strategic action, it’s possible to have a career you love, even in your 20s and 30s.

THE PROCESS:

Everyone's job hunt and career search varies. Where you are in your job search will determine your process. While, no one job search is the same, I've outlined the "average process" below. Not everything listed below will happen in this exact order, however this should serve to provide a roadmap of where you are at and where you are heading. The point of you filling out the Q&A and our introductory call is for me to assess where you are in your job search and create a strategy and plan specific to your needs.
